Provider Admin Assistant Location: Gilbert, AZ As a Provider Admin Assistant at Serenity Healthcare, you will be a pivotal member of our team, providing comprehensive support to our Providers. This role demands a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to manage diverse priorities with strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Responsibilities Provide proactive administrative support to the Providers. Effectively manage complex calendars and schedules. Meticulously monitor multiple messaging and email platforms, responding on behalf of the Providers as required. Maintain a high degree of integrity in tracking key action items and issues. Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and gather relevant information for meetings. Anticipate needs and proactively complete other relevant tasks as requested. Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting a high-level professional. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating common sense in decision-making. Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment. Demonstrated business acumen and a commitment to timely follow-through.
