Job type: Part Time Place of performance: Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28547, Qualifications: Possess an Associate's Degree or higher or have more than 4 year experience as a Protestant Director of Religious Education. Experience working with children and young adults. Experience working with or attending a military chapel in the community is beneficial. Be sensitive to religious pluralism and be able to work with those with diverse religious beliefs. Duties: Stay updated on latest developments in Protestant religious education. Recommend curriculum and programs for Marine and Naval community. Coordinate religious events and classes calendar. Maintain schedule for classes, workshops, and teacher meetings. Generate publicity for Religious Education Programs and events. Recruit, train, and develop volunteers for teaching. Monitor education programs to ensure quality. Manage materials and supplies for education programs. Manage Chapel Youth Program and Main Side Protestant nursery. Attend weekly staff meeting every Wednesday at 0900. Powered by JazzHR
