If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience in real estate property management, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:- Focus on Customer Service- Excellent Organization Skills- Strong Time Management Skills- Proficient in Oral and Written Communication- Ability to Multi-Task- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate property management or related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Demonstrates initiative and urgency in daily duties, meeting or improving upon deadlines- Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools, and travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions- Ability to remain stationary (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machineryResponsibilities:- Assist in all areas defined as part of the Senior Assistant Property Manager job description, and perform property administrator duties if necessary- Ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients- Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing, and distribution of correspondence- Coordinate office supplies in the absence of a property administrator- Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and maintaining the database- Ensure all property files, including leases and contracts, are prepared and maintained orderly- Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts- Obtain aging reports for management and follow up on delinquencies per company policies- Ensure invoices are processed in accounting with appropriate backup and according to procedures- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including furniture delivery and pick-up- Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Tenant Service Package, including tenant handbooks, anniversaries, holiday gifts, park events, newsletters, and training programs- Ensure tenant information in the database is current- Update and maintain office procedures in the property Operations Procedure Manual- Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are current- Oversee processing of management and maintenance staff hours, expense reports, and check requests- Ensure tenant bill-backs for electrical usage, after-hours HVAC, and similar charges are processed timely- Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly financial reports- Lead regular property inspections with service providers- Participate in performance oversight of all service contractors- Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines- Stand and walk for extended periods while performing dutiesApply Now:If you meet these qualifications and are looking for a dynamic role in property management, apply today to join MMP Staffing and take the next step in your career.Powered by JazzHR
