Responsibilities: Represent Maverick Solutions at promotional events, trade shows, and retail locations to promote products and services. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Provide product demonstrations, answer inquiries, and educate customers about features and benefits. Assist customers with purchases, orders, and resolving product or service issues effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and ensure brand messaging consistency. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while promoting a memorable customer experience. Collect customer feedback and insights to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction. Complete administrative tasks such as inventory management, event setup, and reporting. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or promotional events is advantageous but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Enthusiasm for customer service, sales, and promoting products or services to a diverse audience.
