Janitorial Project Tech Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Maintain a positive and energized attitude, ready to tackle any task. Work flexible hours and be on call as needed. Cover both morning and night shifts. Be available on call during days off for emergencies. Perform supervisory and scheduling duties. Performing various projects, particularly in floor care (e.g., stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet washing). Requirements: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Must be bilingual(Spanish and English) Basic computer skills. Proven supervisory experience. Strong scheduling capabilities. Extensive experience in project management, particularly floor care. At least 5 years of experience in both project and custodial roles. Competitive wage starting at $23 per hour, depending on experience.
