Job Summary Manageand prioritizeSKUworkflowfrom inception to completion in new product portal with focus on speed to market. Coordinate phases of projects and programs through planning and execution. Primary Duties Administer new product portal :Manages lifecycle of new products in portal:Uses influence to ensure new products are moving through portal in a reasonable amount of time:Improves throughput:Focuses on prioritization:Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reportsProject Management :Keeps day:to:day projects/programs moving forward:Consistently meet project/program deadlines set by the team:Manage multiple projects concurrently:Lead weekly project meetings with cross:functional teamsData Reporting and Analysis :Create and analyze reports in SAP, Qlik, BO and other systems as neededAd Hoc Tasks :Annual pricing reviews:Budget process Qualifications:Ability to collaboratewith allbusiness functions andlevels within the enterprise and move projects through the organization with minimal direction:Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills:Excellent knowledge of database software, internet software, project management software (Smartsheetspreferred), and the Microsoft Office Suite:Physical Requirement: Capability to lift20pounds.:Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen.Noiselevel is usually moderate.
