Job Title: Project Manager Reports To: VP of Operations Job Description: The Project Manager is the primary management leader to the field team, and is directly accountable for the safety, financial performance, and team development on site. This position will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Analyze and write Subcontracts Write purchase orders Oversee Superintendent purchases for large quantities of material, rental equipment and forming systems Serve as liaison between Subcontractor and Owner Process and submit proposed changes to Owner Chair weekly project meetings Prepare monthly billing to Owner Maintain proposed changes and appendix logs Determine construction schedule Monitor and oversee progress of the project Expedite material deliveries when needed Assist the Superintendent in Architect details and submittals Review weekly progress reports Review monthly job cost reports Monitor safety program Finalize project to assure final payment, including warranty, as-built drawings and maintenance manuals Monitor and oversee Quality Manager Participate in Value Engineering discussions Estimate project costs Ensure completion of project startup checklist Ensure uniformity among all projects Participate in Design-Build meetings Identify and address potential project liabilities Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science/Management preferred 7+ years in Construction Management preferred 7+ years of Supervisory experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Familiar with RedTeam Construction Management Software Experience with Construction job cost management Familiar with Gantt scheduling Strong communication skills, both written and oral Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Thursday; 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday Powered by JazzHR
