SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for its client in Sacramento, CA. The person will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects in structures construction, from conception through completion. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Structures Construction, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials related to structures.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
