We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership abilities and exceptional project management skills.Client DetailsOur client is a renowned construction firm based in Orlando, specializing in commercial construction projects. With a robust portfolio and a reputation for delivering high-quality results, they are committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in every project.Description Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to address any issues and keep the project on track. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a track record of successfully completed projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools.
