Position: Project Manager, CRM Work location: 101 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94111 United States Wage: $128,600 - $160,700 / per year* Job Duties: Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing and budget of a fintech product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer. Own and lead end-to-end CRM Operations for specific key verticals and Chime products. Manage and facilitate cross-functional teams and third party resources to orchestrate customer messaging journey and experiences. Define CRM strategies for products. Work with Engineering to build relative tech to needed specs. Identify automation opportunities for messaging. Manage the execution of all messaging campaigns for verticals. Own critical and complex stakeholder relationships by understanding their strategic roadmap. Ideate, strategize and enable key campaigns impacting company OKRs. Make recommendations on how to better leverage our CRM-owned technology stack. Collaborate with CRM Process Lead to evolve operating procedures and make them more effective and efficient. Develop and manage direct report(s), agency resources and contractors. Administer CRM tools. Some telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a digital marketing-related occupation. Special Requirements: Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:1) Utilize experience as a CRM manager or digital marketing experience;2) Utilize knowledge of CRM operations and marketing automation tools such as Iterable and Marketo;3) Utilize knowledge of Liquid Logic programming to create dynamic content and HTML email templates;4) Utilize knowledge of marketing strategies such as customer segmentation, communication timing and cadence, and email, push notification, in-app messages and SMS messaging channels;5) Utilize experience with building end-to-end omnichannel customer journeys including email, push notification, in-app messages, and SMS messaging;6) Utilize knowledge of programming and troubleshooting decisioning logic, audience pathing, experiment builds, and behavior triggers. *The base offered for this role and level of experience is reflected above.
