About This Role: Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Project Analyst. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Digital Engineering Department. He/She will support the Policy, Planning, & Analytics Branch in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Assist with planning, coordination, of work projects and helps facilitate discussion Take notes, gather and organize information regarding work products and collaborate to improve processes and deliverables Assist in developing solutions or alternative processes Maintain and update logs and spreadsheets Provide feedback through briefs or written reports Collaborate with team to ensure changes are working Coordinate deliverable status inputs to respond to data calls and action items Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work independently or as a member of a team Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products to include; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication skills – written and verbal Motivated self-starter P rofessional Certifications: N/A Education: B.S. in Associated fields Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Years of Professional Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience As partners in our team's success, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (Annually USD).
