The Work This role is responsible for supporting the development and deployment of 1LMX solutions by serving as a Quality Subject Matter Expert to various 1LMX product teams. The Program Quality Engineer supporting the RMS 1LMX efforts works with quality engineers across the lines of business and centers of excellence to understand both business and system processes as they relate to key value streams associated with a product and/or program life cycle. The 1LMX Program Quality Engineer works in product teams with representatives from across the LM Business Areas and functions to identify needed future state capabilities and solutions to support the model based enterprise and develop specifications and requirements for IT applications, system data exchanges, and other solutions that drive digital and quality transformation. Additionally the Program Quality Engineer will support deployment and integration efforts of the 1LMX solutions across the adopting business areas. Basic Qualifications: Technical Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 4 years Production Operations or Technical Operations Engineering Experience with some portion working in Supplier Quality and/or Component Engineering domains. Experience with SAP ERP systems and LM P2P systems Desired Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizationsExperience with PTC Windchill and/or Dassault 3DX PLM platforms Expertise working with Manufacturing Execution SystemsExperience in one or more of the following domains: Model Based Systems Engineering, Quality Information Framework, Software Quality, Hardware Quality, Quality Analytics, Process Modeling, Data Architecture, IBM ETL. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $94,500 - $178,000.
