For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com Responsibilities: Able to direct multiple projects in various stages, including budgeting and scoping, vendor procurement, design and construction management, and project closeouts Prepare Requests for Proposals, Requests for Bids, and manage the evaluation process Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments Document invoices, and any contract amendments or change orders in appropriate mediums Prepare contract documents, and maintain project files and schedules Ensure the efficiency of internal procedures Interface and negotiate with clients, Vendors, contractors and tenants Qualifications: B.S. degree in Engineering, Engineering Construction Science, and/or Construction Management 15+ years of experience in design and construction project management Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in written and orally Knowledge of NYC Construction Codes and permitting process
