Program Manager VBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager V for Remote.Position Title: Program Manager VLocation: RemoteAnticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract.Job Type: ContractPay Range: TBDPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Summary:The Developer Acceleration Solutions team is at the forefront of client ads growth engine, developing new GTM models and technology levers for reaching advertisers. We are looking to move a few key strategic projects on them forward by backfilling a team member for 3 months.Job Responsibilities: * Conduct deep dive into the current developer experience on social Marketing APIs and identify key opportunities for improvement * Create developer ecosystem mapping for strategic areas of growth in client advertising product roadmap * Support new advertiser GTM programs to educate, consult, and activate advertisers on emerging product areas, which may include development of marketing and educational materialsMust-Have Skills * Business Development (Consulting Background) * Product Marketing (mapping ecosystems, understanding UX) * Excellent project management skillsSkills: * Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time * Able to produce a clear and actionable business strategy for an executive audience using a range of applications (Docs, Slides, etc) * Excellent project management skills * Able to abstract learnings from day-to-day execution in order to develop systemic and scaling proposals * Systems-based thinker and clear verbal and written communication * Demonstrated ability to develop and/or customize client-facing documentation and pitch materials * Understanding of technology landscape, including Generative AI and LLMsEducation/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related fieldBenefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
