Position: Program Manager, Bank Partnerships Work location: 101 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94111 United States Wage: $163,571 - $225,800 / per year* Job Duties: Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a fintech product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Responsible for overseeing the Bank Partnership teams engagement model with Chimes bank partners. Prioritize the operating cadence with our bank partners as well as leading the delivery of our bank partners operational workstreams. Prioritize Chime's business goals and drive cross-functional execution and accountability working closely with Strategic Partnership Managers. Lead the Bank Partnerships engagement model with each of Chimes bank partners. Manage the pipeline of outstanding deliverables with each bank to ensure we meet our business KPIs. Maintain operational and communication cadence with both bank partners to oversee the engagement model and ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Execute against critical bank operational deliverables including Tax Season, Third Party vendor onboarding, bank due diligence, and incident resolution. Develop strong working relationships with Chimes bank partners as well as key Chime stakeholders including Product, Compliance, Legal, Vendor Management, and Member Experience. Leverage expertise in the banking market and competitive landscape, and familiarity with the regulatory landscape in banking, fintech, and financial services. Utilize experience with project management and relationship building skills to drive resolution of complex and challenging topics. Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, with the ability to manage diverse perspectives and goals in order to reach resolution. Use experience with regulated Financial Services company, consumer banking or payment services, and a high growth Fintech startup. Some telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a program manager-related occupation. Special Requirements: Position requires at least 4 years of experience in each of the following skills: 1) Utilize experience resolving payment issues for customers or partners;2) Utilize knowledge of tools including Asana, Zendesk and JIRA to project manage complex technical initiatives;3) Utilize experience with conducting root cause analysis to resolve business challenges and lead complex programs in financial services;4) Utilize knowledge of strategic and technical program planning to manage program risks, trade offs and dependencies;5) Utilize knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Looker to visualize data and create dashboards;6) Utilize knowledge of building efficient operational processes for internal and external teams in payments technology;7) Utilize knowledge of the regulatory landscape in banking, fintech and financial services to develop strong working relationships across external partners and key internal stakeholders including Product, Compliance, Legal, Vendor Management and Member Experience;8) Utilize knowledge of pipeline of outstanding deliverables with banks/payment partners to ensure company meets their business KPIs. *The base offered for this role and level of experience is reflected above.
