Program Analyst Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our tea m as a Program Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of acquisition-related data, including cost assessments, acquisition reviews, and milestone documentation reviews. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills, a solid understanding of acquisition and cost principles, and knowledge of government contracting and lifecycle management. Duties will include: Review and analyze acquisition documents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Conduct milestone document reviews to assess project progress and identify potential risks or issues. Perform detailed review and analysis of acquisition and cost data to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with team members to develop recommendations and strategies for optimizing acquisition and cost efficiency. Create comprehensive briefings and presentations for leadership, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner. Maintain a high level of proficiency in acquisition processes and regulations to support informed decision-making. Perform detailed review and analysis of acquisition data to support decision-making processes. Review milestone documents to assess project progress and identify potential risks or issues. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for optimizing acquisition and cost efficiency. Utilize knowledge of government contracting and lifecycle management to inform analysis and decision-making. Qualified candidates will have : Active DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or related field). 5-10 years' experience in related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze complex data sets. Familiarity with acquisition, cost principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proven experience in acquisition and cost analysis. Knowledge of government contracting regulations and lifecycle management principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
