Our team preps and flash-freezes every fruit and vegetable bite to maintain its ideal shape, color, freshness, and taste. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to quality, performance, and safety standards. Within this multi-faceted role, you'll work closely with your team, providing training, spotting opportunities for improvement, and perform assigned daily tasks throughout the site enforcing GMP, Food Safety standards, and HACCP Critical Control Points. Some of the responsibilities include: Effectively lead employees to ensure high performance with adherence to safety protocols and HR policies providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to optimize productivity, minimize errors, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards. Utilize software systems to track inventory, manage production, order fulfillment, and schedule attainment. Operational in all positions of the production process including logistics. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to schedule and coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
