Made Possible.BOARD ANALYST - Paperboard Consumer Product Packaging Graphic Packaging currently has a Board Analyst position available in our Marion, Ohio facility located just north of Columbus, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for the timely ordering of paper board and other supplies for daily production needs. The individual for this position should be detail oriented, possess a good understanding of Microsoft programs with an emphasis in Excel and strong communication skills with SAP knowledge being a plus.The individual we seek will be responsible for: * Evaluating board needs based on upcoming production requirements. * Ordering board through SAP based on requirements and lead times. * Monitoring board orders/shipments to ensure timely delivery. * Managing board to Corporate target levels. * Escalating board issues to Production Control Manager and Material Supply group. * Creating purchase orders for plant material requirements (board, glue, film, etc.) * Resolving accounts payable issues. * Processing invoices through the Corporate check request system. * Pursuing cost reduction opportunities. * Vendor on boarding through the HICX Program. * Vendor contracts through the ZYCUS program. * Material creation, extension through the BoB program and Sharepoint. * MMR completion - SAP.The individual we seek must have the following qualifications: * College degree desirable (or working toward a degree) but not required * SAP experience preferred * 5-10 years experience in folding cartons, or equivalent experience perferred * Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization * Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Pay Range: $40,590.00-$50,760.00Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
