Description:
Position: Production Operator Production Team Members are needed to work in our wax manufacturing plant. We manufacture waxes and adhesives. Openings are available on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Primary Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing equipment including mixing tanks, pastillators, tow motors and other equipment as necessary. Complete production batch sheets. Adhere to company policies pertaining to plant safety, environmental issues and quality standards. Perform cleaning and 5S housekeeping work. Minimum Education and Experience Preferred High School Diploma or GED. Personal integrity and ability to conduct themselves in an ethical and non-discriminatory manner. Demonstrate consistent attendance and strong work ethic. Determination and assertiveness to accomplish goals and objectives. Strong communication skills. Able to read, understand and follow work instructions. Able to perform basic math. Able to perform physical aspects of manufacturing duties such as using hand tools, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
