ARE YOU READY TO ADVANCE IN YOUR CAREERVolt is immediately hiring a Production Manager to support a key client, located in Theodore AlabamaThis role will oversee the daily production and delivery of our world-class products manufactured in our Theodore, AL facilities. Must have heavy fabrication manufacturing experience.What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… * Provide daily direction to supervisor team and work together to remove obstacles creating production delays. * Partner with other departments and shifts to coordinate raw materials, parts, assemblies and completed units, etc. * Work with engineering teams on critical component reliability and related product specifications to achieve strategic goals. * Work closely with production scheduler to reduce production delays. * Promote safe work environment and champion safety practices and behaviors. * Partner with human resources to determine appropriate staffing levels, address performance issues, onboarding of new employees, etc. * Identify opportunities to improve workflow and processes on production floor.Your Education Should Be…High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree, a plus.Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… * This position will require the ability to move around the production floor and investigate issues with the production equipment. * Lift up to 15 pounds * Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting.Salary - $100,000Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
