You miss 100% of the jobs you don't apply forVolt is immediately hiring for Production Manager in Alburquerque, NM.As a Production Manager you will: * Facilitate weekly safety meetings to ensure all attendees are participating and the meeting is run accordingly. * Work with Project Managers and Foreman to assist in any daily needs related to projects in process. * Review Project Management Software and daily reports to identify any reoccurring issues, when identified work with team members to create processes that will resolve issues immediately and on an ongoing basis. * Review Project forecast and schedule to maintain a pulse on workload and foresee any needs for additional labor or job complications. * Meet with installation team in the field to address challenges, any safety issues, consult with customers, and manage staff. * Respond to all communications with acknowledgement or response within twenty-four hours, from email, chat, or text/phone. * Manage conflict resolution with clients and employees through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems quickly. * Work with warehouse team to maintain schedules for maintenance of vehicle fleet and shop equipment. * Monitor Van Stock, Van Tool Inventory, and Shop Tool Checkouts. * Onsite quality control weekly. * Prepare and submit invoicing on a weekly basis. * Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and various professional organizations. * Assist in the development and monitoring of company's safety policies and procedures * Post job postings, schedule interviews, HR onboarding, and training schedule implementation for all new hire positions * Create and maintain training system and continued learning for staff. * Set Up and Run 30, 60, 90 day one on one meetings with all new hires.This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: * Must be a self-motivated, positive, and organized individual with an innate ability to develop and implement processes for the production side of our business. * Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to read, write, and give oral presentations within and outside of the company. * Must have a high level of ability to interpret system design and other project documents. * Must be able to travel within the territory as needed. * Must be able to teach and coach others within the company. * Must align with the company core values (Honesty, Care About What You Do, Want to Grow, Respectful, Team Player, Integrity, Customer Focused) and be able to portray these values daily and teach others how to incorporate them into their job roles. * Must have 3+ years of management experience. Must have 5+ years of construction experience. * Must hold a valid driver's license with no restrictions. * Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 and various computer software applications. * Must be familiar and able to effectively utilize project-based accounting software for job costing and postmortem reviews. * Must have demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate staff situations to take appropriate actions based on findings. * Must have demonstrated ability to lead teams to create and foster positive company culture. * Must be able to keep calm, make necessary adjustments as needed with a level head and keep composure during stressful situations. * Must be comfortable on ladders, NOT afraid of heights, and able to travel up to 10% of the time as needed. * Adhere to and enforcement of the strictest safety standards.Salary: $50-60K *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
