Who We are Looking for: We are looking for results-oriented and career-minded people to manage one of our company's food production lines. The ideal candidate will be hard working, reliable, and experienced with production processes and team leadership. Responsibilities: Evaluate daily work orders and set up the production line accordingly. Participate in the production tasks if needed. Supervise 3 to 8 production line workers to ensure effectiveness. Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality. Identify and resolve production line problems quickly and efficiently. Perform recordkeeping tasks, including materials management and results tracking. Meet all production quotas and quality standards. Train new production line workers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure work orders are completed correctly and on time. Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Necessary Skills & Qualifications: Experience working in a production environment. Experience supervising production workers. Proven reliability and team-oriented work ethic. Excellent communication skills. Able to read and understand work instructions in English. Basic counting, addition, and subtraction skills. Strong attention to detail. Spanish language skills are very desirable. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements: Use hands on a keyboard, sit for long periods of time, lift, reach, and climb stairs. Stand/walk for the duration of the shift. Lift/carry/maneuver up to 40 pounds. Compensation: $18-19 per hour, depending on experience.
