Nickles Bakery Production Employees & Machine Operators Starting Wage $15.50 for Production Employees Unskilled and Skilled positions SUMMARY: Entry level & skilled positions for production jobs. Responsible for various assigned manual labor skills including the moving, grasping, lifting, placing, and stacking of items relating to the production and finish process. Identifies, counts, sorts, and inspects items. Maintains workflow from conveyors. Operates equipment, as assigned. Preparation and Training: Work requires the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform simple arithmetic calculations. Performs repetitive tasks following simple instructions.
