Position Summary: Cultivation Production Associate (Pre-roll Specialist and Trimmer) is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's postproduction operations from harvest to packaging. Cultivation Production Associates are guided by the Post-Harvest Senior Manager. Responsibilities: Pre-Roll Specialist are responsible for packing and closing pre-rolls, and packaging individual pre-rolls and pre-roll packs. You will be responsible for closing a set amount of pre-rolls in an 8 hour day, according to the company's standard operating procedures. Processing and packaging all cultivated cannabis products as required Adhere to stringent labeling guidelines under CCC requirements Training on and safely using packaging equipment Maintain the packaging equipment for daily use, including cleaning and general equipment troubleshooting Complete checks on calibration and operation of equipment, bulk packaging equipment; cleaning of rooms and equipment between strains Assist with general work required to maintain production standards and quality of worksite; CPAs will, from time to time, assist the Cultivation team with various aspects of the grow rooms including: Other needs in Cultivation and Production as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED Minimum Experience: 0-2 years in a production/manufacturing/agricultural or similar role. Basic HS level math skills Soft Skills : Effective communication skills Strong work ethic Willingness to learn Great attitude with attention to detail Unquestioned integrity High energy with a desire to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Physical R egularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pound s occasionally , include s sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as occasional stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., pruning plants, potting, and regular inventory). Hours & Conditions Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the Facility. On a regular and recurring basis, the employee must alternate between contaminated/dirty environments to clean. Strong odors may be encountered. Work is generally conducted in heated and air-conditioned areas. Other Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same. Must obtain a State Agent Card. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
