A company is looking for a Manager, Product Support to oversee support processes and enhance user experience in technology applications. Key Responsibilities Lead a functional team to build a collaborative team culture and manage day-to-day support operations Develop and implement strategic initiatives utilizing Generative AI to optimize workflows and drive innovation Ensure seamless integration with engineering and vendor partners, managing application onboarding and rationalization planning Required Qualifications 3+ years of management experience and business line expertise 2-3 years of product or application support experience Knowledge of systems architecture and functionalities Experience with service tooling platforms like Service Cloud or Zendesk Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Salesforce preferred
