Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field plus five (5) years of relevant manufacturing experience as a Process Engineer, Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related field. Experience must include: Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Leading RCI/RCAs using 5Y, Fishbone, 8D and A3. Working with suppliers to meet IATF standards Project Management Software. MiniTab/SPC Advance tools. MSA Gage Software. QMS Software applications. Alternatively, requires a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering field plus three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience as a Process Engineer, Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related field. Experience must include: Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Leading RCI/RCAs using 5Y, Fishbone, 8D and A3. Working with suppliers to meet IATF standards Project Management Software. MiniTab/SPC Advance tools. MSA Gage Software. QMS Software applications.
