Job Summary Develop implementation plans and standards and lead the implementation for one or more important improvement processes. Coach plant resources in the implementation of the improvement methodology. Provide training and qualify plant resources. Track implementation and qualified resources Position Responsibilities Comply with all company safety procedures and complying with all OSHA rules and regulations. (THINK SAFETY FIRST.) Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene. Implement projects which reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, or increase efficiencies which support overall plant goals.
