This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex financing transactions within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.Location:Charlotte, NCDuties:Manage and execute private credit and finance transactions.Provide legal support for various financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.Assist with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts as needed.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective financing strategies.Requirements:3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance at a nationally recognized law firm or equivalent legal experience.Demonstrated lending experience; borrower-side exposure is a plus.General experience with a variety of financing transactions.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
