(BMA) Integrating People and Process Through Service, with a strategic emphasis on integrating people and process, and proven, documented project management methodology for internal and external management while maintaining a strategic and financial focus on an organizations most important component it's people ; "Love Thy Customer; Love Thy Work; Love Thy System" Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a Principle Performance Metrics Specialist to work as part of the Agency Operations team. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: A minimum of 5 years experience in using data collected to create performance metrics. Experience includes creating tracking systems (i.e. dashboards) that can be used to track performance Experience includes compiling and organizing the data for it to be used for data analysis. Creating performance metrics and reports Thorough and accurate attention to detail Maintain the confidentiality of personal and identifiable information. Ability to work in high-pressure situations. Ability to meet deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS : Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
