We are searching for a highly motivated Pricing Manager that will play a key role in the development of pricing strategies. This position manages the day-to-day pricing activities and drives the company's pricing process through analysis and implementation.Client DetailsAn innovative marketing communications company offering solutions in design, print, direct marketing, large format, packaging, labels, and fulfillment.Description Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies Create dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff Integrate market price knowledge into project quoting and end-to-end margin reviewProfile Knowledge of print and packaging including paperboard, flexible and labels Experience building pricing models, conducting market and customer research, and implementing pricing strategies Ability to clearly articulate relevant facts and considerations, and make well-reasoned recommendations A professional, positive attitude Capable of contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture Proactive and self-driven Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Strong business acumen and knowledge of pricing tools and techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Understanding of balance between customer and company interestsJob OfferBase Salary, Health Insurance, 401K, Company Profit Sharing MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
