Your Job Phillips-Medisize a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for the production floor to ensure maximum uptime of production equipment. The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met. What You Will Do * Improve equipment efficiency, utilization and yields through continuous improvement techniques. * Execute preventive and predictive maintenance work orders for equipment in compliance with ISO (Environmental and Quality Systems) and/or FDA requirements * Assist with the installation of equipment. * Ability to think outside of box, and assist others as needed. * Adhere to our quality, health and safety regulations and standards. * Ensure accurate inventory control of spare equipment components are being tracked and consumed in accordance with our ISO (Environmental and Quality Systems) and/or FDA requirements. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial, or military environment What Will Put You Ahead * Experience working with automation, injection molding technology, and/or regulated compliance work environment * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and robotics * Knowledge of electrical test equipment * Understanding of manufacturing principles (GMP highly desired) This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.
