We are searching for a dynamic leader for the President role of this highly regarded beverage company located in Southeast Florida. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in serving internal and external customers, is team-oriented, and thrives in an atmosphere where an energetic entrepreneurial spirit is celebrated and rewarded. The President will develop strategies for growth and development while managing and supervising the operations of the Company. We are seeking a business-minded person with experience in a senior management role(s) within a manufacturing company. The Company has recently undergone a significant expansion and needs a leader who can work with the leadership team and workforce to bring the new equipment up to full potential while developing additional customer partnerships to absorb the added capabilities and capacity of the plant. Compensation: • Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 plus significant bonus potential• Retirement Plan• Health, Vision, Dental• PTO Responsibilities:The President will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:• Provides overall leadership and staff direction in formulating and achieving the company’s strategic objectives, including identifying major priorities and establishing goals and strategies that ensure the organization’s success.• Evaluates the company’s geographic presence and suite of service offerings, recommending reductions or expansions of the business as necessary.• Develops strong customer relationships to foster company growth through true partnership.• Collaborates with the Chairperson, the Board, and the executive leadership team to strengthen company culture, determine values and mission, make recommendations on significant matters affecting operations and policies, and plan for short and long-term goals.• Communicates and advocates the company’s goals, objectives, and accomplishments throughout the organization and to customers.• Maintains accountability for the performance of the entire organization.• Sets measurable performance standards for each department and evaluates performance against established goals.• Implements, improves and enforces policies and procedures that increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.• Provides overall direction to ensure the delivery of quality products on time while achieving profit targets.• Utilizes industry knowledge and operational expertise to assist in solving problems with customers and within the organization.• Exercises fiscal responsibility and provides a framework for developing strategies to work within financial constraints.• Attracts and retains high-quality talent, effectively developing and retaining key individuals, and delivering an internal succession plan for key roles.• Supports the company’s culture and vision while creating an environment that promotes superior performance and positive morale.• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including reporting, quality controls, financial controls, and employee relations.• Optimizes manufacturing processes, supply chain, and distribution expertise to enhance efficiency, quality, and product availability.• Plans and directs all exploratory investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, or the sale of major assets with the Board’s approval.• Establishes companywide systems and procedures, in conjunction with the leadership team, to ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with laws and regulations.• Optimizes the handling of banking relationships and works closely with the owners’ Family Office to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.• Builds alliances and partnerships with customers, potential new customers, and suppliers.• Drives innovation in product development, ensuring the creation of high-quality, market-leading beverage products that meet consumer demand.• Promotes sustainability and corporate social responsibility throughout the organization. Qualifications:• 10+ minimum years of progressive experience in the CPG industry, with grocery channel experience in both large and small format retailers• 10+ years of corporate managerial experience• Commercial or private industry experience desired• Broad-based CPG sales experience across grocery channels with proven ability to penetrate and influence customers at all levels of the organization strategically and tactically• Heavy manufacturing experience with a passion for improving the success of the manufacturing process • Sales and Marketing experience with deep insights and the ability to create common ground between retailers, national brand companies, and the company• Deep understanding of contracts and experience with claims and negotiations• Exceptional interpersonal skills• Team-oriented leader with strong mentoring skills• Natural problem-solver, inquisitive, and continuously striving for improvement• Can clearly communicate the company’s status and direction, including written and verbal communication across the organization and with external customers and vendors• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, exhibiting proven, strong P&L management background and deep understanding of the principles of corporate finance.
