We have operation centers located in St. Paul, MN, and Normal, IL.ProPartners Financial is a part of the Farm Credit System and is the System's Center of Excellence for input financing programs for Agribusinesses. The Farm Credit System provides loans, leases, and related services to farmers, ranchers, rural homeowners, aquatic producers, timber harvesters, agribusinesses, and agricultural and rural utility cooperatives. Please note that the recruiting and hiring process is coordinated by the human resources department at Compeer Financial, one of our owners.This position is responsible for the overall management, control and administration of all operations and vendor relationships needed to operate ProPartners Financial. Through the establishment and development of an effective leadership team, the President ensures that ProPartners programs promote custom designed financial services to agribusinesses for their customers nationwide. The incumbent identifies future market opportunities and leverages these opportunities, as appropriate. The incumbent establishes and maintains an effective communication process to keep the Governance Board, Associations, AgriBank and Farm Credit Administration informed and engaged.Essential Functions: * Maintains and develops an expanding client base and favorable community image. * Directly involved with business development strategies on the leading agribusiness in the market. * Develops, recommends and implements policies, procedures, processes, and programs for originating, marketing, underwriting, pricing, closing, servicing and monitoring the programs of the unit. * Develops, directs, and implements appropriate business plans and strategies for the organization which support the accomplishment of expectations established by the Governance Board. * Oversees the development and maintains company credit policies, procedures and risk standards to ensure delivery of sound credit. * Responsible for the ongoing selection, leadership, motivation, engagement, mentorship, and review of the senior leadership team. * Maintains appropriate financial standards by operating within sound fiscal and budgetary contraints, as approved by the Governance Board. Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, agriculture or related field; or equivalent experience.
