We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Research and Development team at Johnson & Johnson Vision. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will play a vital role in advancing our scientific understanding and technological innovations in the field of eye care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent research projects and/or in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including software, system engineering, mechanical design, and advanced research, focused on advancing eye care technologies. Design and implement experimental protocols, utilizing your strong hands-on skills to develop and improve prototypes for novel medical devices. Perform rigorous data analysis using advanced statistical methods and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Utilize analytical modeling techniques to simulate and optimize the mechanical behavior of ocular structures. Apply your expertise in animal tissue handling to develop and refine in vitro and in vivo models for preclinical testing. Other duties as assigned.
