Position Summary: As a Portfolio Accountant you are responsible for overseeing all general ledger entries for multiple entities, performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, preparing timely monthly financial reports, and preparing cash projections for the upcoming month. Essential Duties: Perform monthly reconciliations for operating, payroll, and petty cash bank accountsPerform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations Maintain various schedules for balance sheet accounts: prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, fixed assets, etc.Post month end journal entries and expense accrualsParticipate in a monthly peer review of preliminary income statementsProduce timely and accurate financial packages and reports for multiple entitiesMaintain Cash Projection tool for portfolio and compare transactions to projectionsDistribute financial packages to related parties and respond to analysis questionsAssist with external auditsOther ad hoc accounting projects or tasks Benefits: Competitive Wage Package (pay rate is based on experience)Multiple Options for Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceTelehealth 24/7 CarePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysFamily Medical LeavePaid Bereavement LeaveHealth Savings Account
