Porter Sales/ServiceWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Porter Sales/Service in our company. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, as well as assisting with sales and marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Help customers with any questions or concerns they may have- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including promoting products or services to customers- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Help load and unload products and assist with carrying heavy items to customer vehicles- Provide support to the sales team as needed, including assisting with inventory management and processing transactionsQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once- Basic computer skills- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs- Reliable and punctualIf you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for the Porter Sales/Service position.
