Job Title PMO Director Job Overview: NTTDATA is seeking a proven Director of PMO to lead the account through strategic project delivery by leading all PMO Projects for multiple vendors affiliated to the supporting account. Will be asked to facilitate projects to deliver high priority and highly complex projects while maintaining project delivery governance for all other projects. The Project Management pillar is responsible for scoping, planning, budgeting, and delivering the project/program as outlined by the business and IT strategy. The PMO Director will report to Account Sr. Director In this role you will be responsible for: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Manages highly complex and high priority projects directly; provides governance for all other projects in business and IT: Maintains the governance and methodology for overall project delivery (non:IT and IT): Directly oversees and leads both IT and Business projects that fit within the governance model: Participate in RFP activities including sales meetings with prospective clients.: Demonstrates the ability to adapt and lead change and coach others in the acceptance and support of change and the ability to formulate questions and ideas: Ensures communication and transparency throughout life cycle of projects, maintaining plans to ensure milestones are met, as well as project resources and budgets: In partnership with initiative Stakeholders, is responsible for on time and on budget delivery of critical initiatives: Oversees communication of individual projects and programs, as well as project documentation including project plan, business and IT requirements, and weekly status reports: Performs management of the risks of the project, including development of contingency plans: Manages project scope and change control, escalating issues where necessary: Liaises with any vendors or suppliers in relation to the project: Ensures project objectives are understood and met, ensuring that the Project Team members understand the requirements: Ensures all groups are adequately consulted and are satisfied with each deliverable as it effects their specialist area Required Experience: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: 10+ years of experience in large, technology program and portfolio management: 5+ years with project delivery methodologies and tools: Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Business, related field or equivalent experience: PMP Certification Required: 8 plus years of experience managing global technology initiatives/strategic programs: 8 plus years of experience driving change management initiatives across an organization: 8 plus years of people management experience (direct reports)Other Key Characteristics: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Experience leading business transformations with people, process, and technology changes.: Experience with MS Project or similar enterprise PPM tools: One or more of the following Project/Program Management certifications (e.g., ACP, AgilePM, PgMP, PPM, PRINCE2, etc.)stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Experience overseeing Cloud Transformation and Cloud Integration stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Expert user MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
