Job description Primavera Gardens is currently looking for professional, competent Caregivers to care for our residents in a professional and compassionate manner. Primavera Gardens is a leading brand in the industry knowing to provide quality and compassionate care! Responsibilities Help clients take prescribed medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the Care Home or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients with physical therapy exercises Perform housekeeping duties such as dusting, cleaning, mopping floors organizing clients rooms etc.. Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Skills Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Some weekends Ability to commute/relocate: Morgan Hill, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Caregiving: 2 years (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person Edit job
