Position Overview: As a Plumbing Technician at Nandail Property Management, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties. Your expertise in various piping materials and ability to identify leaks will be essential. You will work with blueprints, manage project materials, and perform eco-friendly installations, all while maintaining accurate records of your work. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential settings. Perform repairs using various piping materials, including copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX. Identify and locate leaks within buildings, both internally and externally, as well as underground. Conduct drain cleaning and troubleshoot sewage backups. Work with blueprints and job specifications related to plumbing. Determine appropriate materials and quantities for projects, both new and ongoing. Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to guide work procedures. Maintain records of work assignments. Repair, remove, and/or replace plumbing system components. Install eco-friendly plumbing fixtures, such as faucet flow restrictors and tankless water heaters. Utilize specialized techniques and equipment for welding small pipes or unique piping. Perform other related duties as needed. Requirements: Experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field. Certifications are a plus (not mandatory). High school diploma or equivalent (not mandatory). Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. Must be flexible, reliable, and a team player. Travel is part of this role. A valid, updated driver's license is required. Must have a personal vehicle and tools. Additional Information: We cover the cost of materials. We reimburse gas expenses. Payment Method: Payments are made bi-weekly. Payments can be received via direct bank transfer or CashApp for convenience.
