Description:
Responsibilities: Administering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well known products Administer cosmetic laser therapies in a professional/clinical atmosphere Accurate timely charting and clinical documentation of each client Perform skin analysis and evaluation on clients Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care Ensure laser safety precautions are taken and documented in the patient's medical record Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization Attend team meetings, promotional events, and seminars as needed Develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the client consultations Ensure the safety of clients at all times when performing treatmentsRequirements: Board Certified Plastic Surgeon / Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon / Cosmetic Surgeon / Reconstructive Surgeon Must have managerial leadership ability, outstanding bedside manner, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products Please note- The annual base salary range is $250k to $350k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
