Don't miss this opportunity to learn the art of the classic Memphis-style BBQ. No previous experience required. All we ask is that you bring a strong work ethic and a good attitude we'll train you on the smoker. Once you are trained, you will be responsible for the pit operations and managing and monitoring the overall quality of our smoked meats. We work hard as a team but rest assured we like to have fun too!
