Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Annapolis, MDFull time or Part timeWe are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Annapolis, MD. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a full-time or part time (3 days per week) basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal PA/NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections. The provider will work as team with Functional medicine providers/nutritionists, Chiropractor, medical assistants, case managers and other support staff.About us:We are an integrative physical medical clinic serving patients in Annapolis, MD for over 22 years and we continue to grow due to our well-earned reputation for providing the highest quality care. We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including a physician, advance practice provider and amazing support staff. Duties:? Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)? Order and review diagnostic tests/labs? Determine diagnosis and treatment plan formulation in team setting? Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities? Manage patient care to include prescribing exercise, nutritional supplementation and medication as part of functional medical programs? Oversee and Administer IV and/or push therapies? Procedures- perform trigger point and joint injections? Documentation and progress notes? Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Requirements:? Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program? PA/NP license in MD? Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus? Experience with joint injections a plus Schedule:? Full time (Mon- Friday) or Part time (3 days per week) Compensation:? $120k-$130k per year (DOE) Benefits:? PTO? Health Insurance?
