Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Christus Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach maximum performance levels.Key Responsibilities Plan and implement physical therapy programs involving exercise, massage, heat, water, and other modalities.Evaluate and record patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.Utilize various mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as prosthetic and orthotic devices, to support patient care.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Requirements CPR certification and a valid Texas license in Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy/Speech Language Pathology.Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy/Speech Language Pathology school; Master's degree preferred.1-2 years of experience in acute, rehab, and/or outpatient care.Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of physical therapy principles.Work Environment This is a per diem, as-needed position at Christus Health.For more details: https://jobs-search.org/physical-therapist_elmwood-park-c439462/physical-therapist_i2393417937
