Job Description:Our client is offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance for a qualified Physical Therapist. The relocation assistance amount is negotiable, contingent upon relocation distance and entails a 2-year work requirement, with payment disbursed within 30 days of receipt submission. If both sign-on and relocation assistance are received, a total commitment of 2 years is expected.This position entails working in our state-of-the-art Acute Rehab Unit. The Physical Therapist will work under general direction and upon physician referral to assess the functional needs of physically disabled patients. Responsibilities include developing treatment goals and implementing appropriate treatment plans using various physical therapy procedures.The Physical Therapist must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care suitable for patients of all ages within the department. Consideration of developmental status is crucial in providing care.Location: Onsite, IdahoSalary Range: $77,000 to $116,646Sign-On Bonus: $15,000Relocation Assistance: Partial, negotiable based on distance, 2-year work requirementSponsorship: Not availableReporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Rehab ServicesPrimary Duties: Conduct objective and quantifiable assessments of physical function for referred patients, including medical history, cognitive function, sensory-perceptual-motor function, mobility, and pain control. Identify functional needs and establish measurable treatment outcome goals based on initial assessments. Plan and implement treatment programs aimed at achieving or significantly progressing toward established outcome goals, adjusting programs according to patient response. Work Conditions/Hours: Normal hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday Work environment: Physical Therapy clinic Minimum Requirements: Graduate from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Licensed to practice physical therapy in Idaho Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Master's Degree preferred Powered by JazzHR
