You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitationResponsibilities:Provide exceptional physical therapy to patients by assessing and understanding care plans and create physical therapy treatment plans alongside physicians or by prescription.Documenting visits and updates on the patients care and progressEducate caregivers and their families on how to care for the patientMaking the best judgement on the types of care and services needed for each patientSupports company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.Requirements:Proven work experience as a physical therapistGraduate degree or greater in physical therapyValid license to practice physical therapyAny BILINGUAL skills are a PLUS!MUST have at least 1-year experience as a physical therapist in home care- Medicare Part A experienceMUST have Reliable transportationMust have great communication skills, excellent organizational, and time management skills.Problem-solving skillsMust have great interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus but not required.Apply with us and become ROYAL FAMILY!
