We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Avante Team! Avante at Leesburg, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of long-term care professionals. This is a vital role in a facility with a positive community reputation, a history of successful outcomes, and an experienced cohesive team. This is a skilled nursing facility, with an In-house therapy department. At our company, YOU are our greatest asset! Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Provides Physical Therapy services to residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in accordance with state regulations. • Assists in the selection of Physical Therapy techniques/media and in the sequence of activities, adapts techniques/media as indicated by resident performance and following consultation with the Physical Therapist.
