HTS is currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work at a highly-respected continuing care retirement community located in northeast Fort Wayne. Work with a long-standing multidisciplinary team treating a variety of diagnoses in a growing caseload from the healthcare center, memory care, assisted living and independent living. --- Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week. --- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week. --- Competitive hourly rate and compensation package. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
