PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a rapport over the phone Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets High school diploma or equivalent Our ideal candidate also meets some of these preferred criteria : Sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling experience Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools DAY-TO-DAY Our entry-level Phone Sales Representative has a Monday - Friday schedule. In this telemarketing position, your main responsibilities are to contact prospective customers, inform them about our products and services, and close sales deals. We provide training, a list of leads, and prospecting methods to help you excel as you cold call prospects and learn about their lawn care needs. You promote our extensive line of products and services, helping prospects see why they should choose us. You document your interactions in detailed records to help track the most effective telemarketing strategies.
