Clinical Solutions Pharmacy provides mail order pharmacy and consulting services to over 400 correctional facilities in 26 states, proudly serving our clients since 2004. As a leader in our industry with continuous growth opportunities, we are seeking a Pharmacy Technician part-time in the Unit Dose Department at our Franklin location! Pay: $18/Hourly Shift Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 1:30pm to 7:30pm. Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067 Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT. Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Tennessee. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and perform tasks efficiently with accuracy. Prefer 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience in a high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to organize, and prioritize to maintain productivity. Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process. Duties include: Fill unit dose prescription medications. Continuously run the Unit Dose Packager machine. Review all unit-dose packaging for accuracy and errors Ensure quality standards are met for all fulfillment tasks. Log all daily model site packages/shipments in the shipment log. Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA. Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from safety hazards. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Unit Dose Manager. Language Skills: Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday. The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
