The Intake Attorney will lead and manage the intake team, ensuring a streamlined process for potential clients and providing crucial initial support for personal injury cases. This role is essential in setting the tone for client relationships and driving business growth through effective lead generation and management.LocationIrvine, CA.DutiesLead and manage the intake team to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact to case acceptance.Evaluate and screen potential cases, conducting consultations to assess personal injury claims.Report on lead generation and team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.Maintain communication with prospective clients, serving as the primary contact during the intake process.Continuously review and optimize intake procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in alignment with firm protocols.RequirementsMust be a licensed attorney in good standing, eligible to practice in CA, IL, NV, and AZ.Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury or a similar role.Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and procedures related to personal injury.Excellent research, analytical, and case management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.Proven ability to collaborate with a team and coordinate with support staff.Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple cases and deadlines.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications and SkillsActive Bar license in CA, IL, NV, and AZ.Proficiency in state-specific personal injury laws and regulations.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.BenefitsCompetitive salary with a generous bonus structure.12 paid holidays, 10 days of paid vacation, and 10 days of sick leave annually.Comprehensive medical insurance.401(k) with a 4% fully vested company match.Regular firm events, including team building and holiday celebrations.Laptop provided and replaced every 3 years, with the option to retain it as a personal device afterward.
